General

We guarantee customer satisfaction with the deliciousness of all our frozen Greek yogurt products. If for any reason, within 30 days of your first purchase of a minimum one (1) box of Yasso brand frozen Greek yogurt snacks (our Club Packs consisting of 12 or more bars are excluded from the guarantee) between March 15, 2021 and December 31, 2025 you aren’t 100% satisfied with the deliciousness of our products, email your original sales receipt to hello@yasso.com for a refund up to $7.99 USD of the purchase price OR complete the refund request form for a refund up to $7.99 USD of the purchase price. This is a one-time Guarantee only for your first purchased box (excluding Club Packs) of a  Yasso product. The conditions set forth below in the “Eligibility and Special Considerations” section apply. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed by Yasso, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “We”). This guarantee is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media platforms. All communications with respect to this Guarantee should be directed to the Sponsor at hello@yasso.com.

Eligibility & Special Considerations

Only legal residents of the United States are eligible to receive a refund under this Guarantee. The following persons are not eligible to receive a refund under this Guarantee: employees, agents or representatives of the Sponsor, the subsidiaries and affiliates of the Sponsor, (collectively, the “Excluded Individuals”); immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouses of each) of the Excluded Individuals; and any other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside. To receive a refund of your purchase price, please make sure to follow the directions below:

• You must have purchased a minimum of one (1) box of Yasso brand products from a grocery store or other retail outlet;
• You must provide your original sales receipt along with your name, email, phone number and address in the United States; and
• You must submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.
• Limit one refund per person per household (i.e., regardless of how many boxes you purchased, you are entitled to only a full refund for one (1) box and only on a one-time basis.)
• Please allow 90 days for us to process your request.
• Regardless of your method of payment, you will receive a reimbursement up to $7.99 USD of the purchase price via PayPal or check, submitted to the name you submit with your receipt and contact information you provide. Reimbursement method is at the sole discretion of Yasso.

Failure to comply with the above procedures may result in a denial of the refund.

Our Guarantee does not cover the following product lines sold by Yasso, Inc.: Club Packs
